Roderick J. MacLeod was raised in Wappingers Falls, New York, and is a graduate of Marist College and New York Law School. Mr. Mac Leod’s practice is concentrated in the areas of Real Estate, Landlord/Tenant,Wills, Small Businesses and Fire Districts. He is a member of the New York State and Dutchess County Bar Associations.
Mr. MacLeod is President of the Board of Directors of Hudson River Housing, Inc.and former President of the Board of Directors of the New Horizons Foundation, Inc. He serves on the Investment Committee of the Children’s Home, Inc. and is a member (former President) of the Grinnell Library Board of Trustees. He is Director Emeritus of Dutchess Outreach, Inc. and counsel to the Mid-Hudson Classis of the Reformed Church in America. He is an organist at The New Hackensack Reformed Church and a member of the American Guild of Organists. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Fire Commissioners for the New Hackensack Fire District and has served his community for over forty years as a volunteer firefighter with the New Hackensack Fire Company. He resides, with his wife Karen, in Wappingers Falls.
